Design 1
I NEED GUIDANCE!
From start to finish!
STEP 1
Send Us: Property Survey
Before ANYTHING, we need to see your property survey. We need it in its original format so that we can review everything on it as well as check the easements. We upload it to our 3D Software!
STEP 2
Describe what you want
You can either describe what you want us to build or we can just get creative based on a wish list of features such as; hot tub, sheet waterfalls etc
STEP 3
We need to MEET!
We need to see your property to confirm there are no obstructions, to locate your gas and electric meters, a good place to access your yard with our tractor and where to put your pool equipment. Then, we can discuss all your ideas.
STEP 4
What's Next?
We take all the information we gathered and start designing your pool using our 3D Software. This gives us the ability to show you renderings via email as well as calculate costs.
STEP 5
We want design changes!
Of course! We will tweak the design to get it like you want it and hopefully meet your budget. If we are off on either of these, let us know and we will try to accommodate.
STEP 6
What's Included?
We will send you the proposal showing what's included and what is not in regards to your grass, sprinklers and underground reroutes. We can get bids if you need these done.
STEP 7
When we are ready to build?
When you are ready, we prepare our agreement and your HOA forms. We then send them for your signature using DocuSign.
STEP 8
When can we dig?
We can dig after your HOA approves your job and after we have received the permit (where needed). We do have a "cave-in" clause which means if it rains after we dig and ruins the steel/plumbing in the pool, we pay to fix it, not you. For that reason, we dig the pool when we feel the weather is clear for a few days.
STEP 9
How will my yard look?
This IS Construction, like building a house. We have a lot of trades working in your yard. We need water and electric throughout the job. From the moment the tractor runs over the beautiful green grass and creates a dirt path, it gets ugly before it gets better. At the end, we have a clean-up stage. Until then, Stay Clear and envision the completed product. It gets better!
STEP 10
Construction
By this time, we have called to have your yard marked to see where the electrical and gas lines are. We can't mark the sewer but it could be there. Before excavation, we spray paint the pool shape so the excavators can get digging!
