We incorporated in 1999. This is our 25th year in business and we are offering this pool special to make it possible for more people to afford a pool. When some of our "competitors" say they won't come out for less than $70 or $80k, we definitely don't understand that. We include some of the top of the line equipment as well as superior subs to make sure our pools are top notch and energy efficient. Price does not include; underground reroutes, sprinkler repairs/capping, sod replacement, grading, landscaping, or furniture. Sloped yards will require more materials and costs would be determined at that time. Standard access for tractor means 8' width from dump truck to pool, height adequate so the tractor can fit.

We will need your Property Survey (given to you with your closing papers) and pictures of the back of your house as well as the locations of both your electric and gas meters. We will come out to your property to meet with you or if you're not available, we will go take our measurements and check for access for our tractor.
